Stage 1: Lead Acquisition Lead generation is conducted through digital platforms, strategic marketing campaigns, and referral networks. Stage 2: Qualification & Profiling Leads are evaluated based on financial eligibility, intent, and purchase timeline to ensure alignment with premium inventory. Stage 3: Advisory & Shortlisting Clients are provided curated property options aligned with their investment profile and preferences. Stage 4: Site Visit & Experience Structured site visits are arranged with dedicated relationship managers to facilitate informed decision-making. Stage 5: Transaction Support End-to-end assistance is provided for negotiations, documentation coordination, and developer interaction.
